All firms of solicitors must also operate a complaints procedure. Your solicitor will inform you in writing that you are entitled to complain if a problem arises, and to whom you should make your complaint.

We are very confident that your experience with the solicitors represented by the UK Lawyers Network will be a positive one. We listen very carefully to customer feedback and quickly exclude any firm that receives less than glowing reports from our referral base.
