Adrian Desmond new FOCIS Chairman
FOCIS elect Adrian Desmond as new Chairman
Adrian Desmond, medical negligence expert at Boyes Turner has been elected by the Forum of Complex Injury Solicitors (FOCIS) as their new Chairman.
Mr Desmond will replace Richard Vallence of Charles Russel Solicitors who has been in the position since early 2007, and will retain the position for two years.
FOCIS was established to promote high standards of representation for clients in the fields of personal injury and medical negligence.
Adrian Desmond commented: "I am delighted to have been elected to Chair the Forum of which I have been a member since it was founded. The Forum contains senior members of the Claimant Personal Injury profession across some 20 different firms around the Country and has an important connection with the US in its Honorary President Attorney Richard Grand. The Forum will continue to promote excellence in personal injury practice by sharing experience among its members and expressing informed views among the wider personal injury world."
